Stephen Deleonardis, creator of the SteveWillDoIt brand name, has an estimated net worth of around $1.5 million. The YouTuber has created many hit videos on the video sharing platform and joined NELK Entertainment in 2019.

These days, itโ€™s becoming more and more common to see successful YouTubers making a living on the platform and some shooting to celebrity-level stardom.

SteveWillDoIt is one of the channels that has risen more than most, generating a lot of money for Deleonardis and another example that proves you can become a millionaire making videos on the internet.

Deleonardis has had the opportunity to meet former president Donald Trump, and has created videos with prank stars such as Jackassโ€™ Steve-O. As such, what was once a channel about pranks has transcended YouTube and catapulted Deleonardis to fame.

His videos now regularly reach north of two million views, so you can only imagine how much income he generates from the channel, which weโ€™ll discuss in detail next.

SteveWillDoIt Net Worth

Itโ€™s estimated that the SteveWillDoIt channel creator Deleonardis has a net worth of around $1.5 million.

The majority of his income likely comes from the millions of views he receives on his YouTube videos every day. Daily, some say that he gets somewhere in the region of $2,500 from YouTube views alone.

His yearly income could be somewhere in the region of $400,000+ a year, though itโ€™s impossible to know exactly how much he makes given the nature of his job.

Career

Stephen Deleonardis has a larger-than-life personality that comes through on camera, and this has been evident ever since he started posting challenge videos to his Instagram account.

One video that sums up his online presence and status as one of the top pranksters is the first video he published to YouTube which is named โ€˜I am taking over YouTubeโ€™. While he may not be one of the very top YouTubers, he is still making good on his claim by regularly bringing in millions of views with his regular videos.

It all started in May 2017, when Deleonardis first started to publish videos in which he would perform challenges requested by his viewers on Instagram. Usually, these videos would consist of eating, drinking, or smoking excessively.

It wasnโ€™t until two years later, in 2019, that Deleonardis kicked things off on YouTube and started his channel SteveWillDoIt. A few months later that year, in September, the YouTuber joined forces with NELK.

NELK is a Canadian-based entertainment company which is formed of popular YouTubers who perform pranks and make videos of North American college culture.

A year on from his start on Youtube, Deleonardis had the opportunity to meet with former president Donald Trump on the infamous Air Force One aircraft. They were also on stage with the fromer president dancing to Y.M.C.A.

The majority of the YouTuberโ€™s videos involve him pulling pranks on his friends or members of the public, although recently his channel has shown a trend towards vlogs and similar content. He has shot several videos with high-profile figures such as Tekashi 6ix9ine and Steve-O.

He is also of course known for his early challenge videos which include everything from eating 200 Chick-Fil-A nuggets to consuming everything on the McDonaldโ€™s menu in a single session.

He also has several videos in which he gives away expensive gifts such as cards to random strangers and fans he meets on the street.

Trivia

Throughout his illustrious career on YouTube, Deleonardis has landed himself in hot water on more than one occasion.

He has also recently been on the receiving end of a hack that cost him all of his cryptocurrency, so weโ€™ll get into all of that now.

Demi Lovato Drama

It started in October 2019, when Demi Lovato called the YouTuber out for all of the challenges he performed that involved alcohol. The celebrity slated Deleonardis, claiming that itโ€™s irresponsible and reckless to put out content consuming excessive amounts of alcohol.

To this, the YouTuber responded that he is โ€˜the healthiest man aliveโ€™ which prompted Lovato to block Deleonardis.

Deleonardis also created a video which he posted called โ€˜Demi Lovato slid into my DMโ€™sโ€™ and then made a follow up video in which he got a tattoo of Demi Lovatoโ€™s face.

Cryptocurrency Wallet Hacked

In July 2021, it was reported that Deleonardis lost all of his Bitcoin as hackers drained his cryptocurrency wallet.

The YouTuber claimed that he received an email reporting that somebody had accessed his crypto wallet in his blockchain and stole his money. He then went on to say that he needs the support of his fans now more than ever through the purchasing of his merch.

This led some fans to believe that the story might have been fictitious, since the timing was suspicious. Incensed, Deleonardis responded to these claims in an Instagram story in which he said that he would have to be an idiot to pull a stunt like this just to boost merch sales.

Itโ€™s thought that the NELK entertainment group brings in around $70 million per annum through merchandise alone, so it would be a strange move of the YouTuber to pull such a risky stunt when merch sales are already going well.

As far as how much money he could have lost, itโ€™s speculated to be in the region of hundreds of thousands, perhaps even millions of dollars.

COVID-19 Controversy

During the height of the coronavirus pandemic, US citizens were urged to stay at home and limit the amount of people they came into contact with.

As such, many viewers were outraged at the tail end of 2020 when the NELK group hosted two large events to meet fans in the US. So many people showed up to meet the internet celebrities that the streets were full and security had a hard time dispersing the crowds.

However, Kyle Forgeard, one of the founders of NELK, protested their innocence claiming that they โ€˜donโ€™t know how big we areโ€™.

Whether you believe this or not is another matter, but footage of Deleonardis in September 2020 showed him pleading with the gathering fans to disperse because they were costing NELK merch sales and portraying the group in a negative light.
